Chase Law PLLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. The following is our Copyright and DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Compliance Policy. If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed upon, please send written notice, with courtesy copy via email for timely action, to:

Copyright Claim Information
Please include the following in your written notice:
A detailed description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed upon;
A description of the location of where the alleged infringing content appears;
Your contact information (including name, address, telephone number, and email address);
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the alleged infringing use is not authorized by you as the copyright owner, your agent, or by law;
A statement affirming that, under penalty of perjury, the information in the notice is accurate and that you are indeed authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
An original signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized on the owner’s behalf to assert infringement of the copyright as well as to submit the claim.
Copyright Notice Response and Takedown Procedures
Once a notice is received by Chase Law PLLC in accordance with the above, such notice will be promptly investigated and Chase Law PLLC will then respond and remove any alleged infringing material in accordance with the requirements under the DCMA. If an investigation results in a determination that an infringing violation is one of a “repeat infringer”, Chase Law PLLC will also invoke its Repeat Infringer Policy, which may result in account suspension, account termination, or additional consequences allowed by law.
Chase Law PLLC provides notice that this policy, and any takedown requests, shall not be used for any anti-competitive or harassing purposes. This policy is intended to protect copyrights, while also achieving a safe harbor of protection for any and all copyright infringement claims through compliance with DCMA requirements.
